We can do as much or as little as you wish. We can apply for a Grant when all the information is provided by you, or we can deal with the estate from start to finish. This includes us obtaining the valuations of the assets and liabilities in the estate. Preparing the application for the Grant, gathering in the estate, paying liabilities, and finally distributing the estate in accordance with the deceased Will or under the Rules of Intestacy.
We can make application for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration on your behalf for a fixed fee if you provide us with the information required.
