IMPORTANT MESSAGE – STAMP DUTY RATES 2025
The government have announced that stamp duty rates will change for purchase transactions which complete after 31 March 2025. Jane Brooks Law will make every effort to complete your purchase transaction as soon as possible, however, no guarantee can be given to complete ahead of the stamp duty change.
If your transaction does not complete on or before 31st March 2025, the new stamp duty rates will be payable and this firm will bear no responsibility for any increased payment due.
